A family bathroom includes a roll-top bath and separate shower. Upstairs you'll find two king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony with sea views. Three bathrooms total. The kitchen includes a gas range cooker, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. An enclosed rear garden with gas barbecue and heated outdoor shower seats eight for dining.

RSPB Titchwell nature reserve (4 miles, 10 minutes) offers exceptional birdwatching. Sandringham Estate (8 miles, 15 minutes) provides royal history and gardens. Holkham Hall (11 miles, 20 minutes) features a stately home and deer park. Drove Orchards (9 miles, 18 minutes) sells local produce.
