Lletty & Annexe is a Grade II listed 17th-century stone farmhouse in Conwy, North Wales. This award-winning property sleeps eight guests across the main house and annexe. The three-storey farmhouse features period features throughout and won recognition from Conwy Civic Society for its sympathetic restoration. The main house has three bedrooms: one king-size, one super-king zip-and-link (converts to twins) and one twin room. The annexe provides twin beds with an en-suite shower room and tea-making facilities. There's one family bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs offers a sitting room with wood-burning stove, a dining room seating six and a fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker.

Bodnant Garden (2 miles, 5 minutes) and Welsh Mountain Zoo (4 miles, 10 minutes) make excellent group days out. Snowdonia National Park (8 miles, 15 minutes) offers walking and outdoor activities. Conwy Castle (5 miles, 12 minutes) provides historical exploration.
