Homestead and Black Cat Barn

Homestead and Black Cat Barn are two connected properties in Southrepps, Norfolk. Together they sleep 10 guests across five bedrooms. This makes them perfect for extended family gatherings or group breaks. The properties back onto open fields and feature wood burning stoves in both sitting rooms.

Southrepps is a peaceful rural village five miles from Cromer's beaches. The Norfolk coast stretches in both directions with sandy shores at Overstrand and Sea Palling within a short drive. Local SSSI woodlands offer walking routes.

Homestead provides three king-size bedrooms on the first floor. One king-size bed converts to twins. Two bathrooms plus a ground floor wet room serve the main house. Black Cat Barn adds a ground floor king-size bedroom and mezzanine with two singles. The main kitchen seats 10 around the dining table. A table tennis table and outdoor drinks bar with fridge fill the secure garden.

Cromer Pier (5 miles, 12 minutes) hosts shows and crabbing. Amazona Zoo (4 miles, 10 minutes) keeps exotic animals. The Foundry Arms in Northrepps (1 mile, 3 minutes) serves home-cooked food. Sheringham Park (6 miles, 15 minutes) offers woodland trails.
